Read MoreSaturdays 6th and 20th July are days when you can come into the Studio and do some printmaking with the printing press. There is no charge, and it is unsupervised, and you need to bring all your own materials. This is an opportunity to make some prints for the upcoming “Works on Paper” exhibition 3-18 August, or to just get some practice in printmaking with other printmakers. By the way the receiving date for the “Works on Paper” exhibition is Wednesday 31 July. Contact Helen Ballinger on 02102678711 or workshops@marlboroughartsociety.com if you have any queries. The printing press will be set up in the studio from 10am-4pm each Saturday. There is some paper available which is left over from Sheyne Tuffery’s workshop, but all other materials including ink, roller, glass for rolling, rags, woodblock, cutting tools, lino etc will need to be supplied by you.
